I initially found a negative review on this website but after contacting the references I was given by Budget Bathtub Refinishing I came to the conclusion that" Budget Bath" was a most reputable company.The owner , Ken Guyton, told me that the negative review he had received came from a landlady who tried to conceal the fact that the tenant had not followed the very specific care and maintenance instructions clearly written on the invoice. The type of damage caused by not following care and maintenance was and is not covered by the warranty.To quote Mr. Guyton," So I have one complaint against my business in 20 years of doing quality work,I can live with that.But what does bother me is that the one complaint is unfounded, a malicious lie from some cretin who thinks the world owes her something." I hired them and went fine. Paid extra for some additional "heat" coating. About 10 months later started to peel at the edge of the tub drain. Called him and first he said he would go by and look at it. Then he never came. Called again and then he said he would not come. I told him about the 1 yr warranty. He did not care.
