Alliance for Aging is a nonprofit organization offering a wide range of services and information to senior citizens in the Miami-Dade and Monroe areas in Miami. It offers a wide range of health and wellness services, such as health presentations to seniors, professionals and caregivers, health screenings, and health resources available. The areas covered include arthritis, cardiovascular health, cancer, diabetes, elder abuse, injury prevention, medication management, mental health, and osteoporosis. The center also provides emergency home energy assistance for the elderly program, as well as serving health insurance needs of elders, a network of state health insurance programs. Its elder helpline program provides contact services within Miami-Dade and Monroe counties offering information about aging issues and the services, and opportunities available to older adults. Its other services include contract management, funding and advertising opportunities. Alliance for Aging is located in Miami.
