The staff really helped me get my sons uniform for his school fast and easy.

This store has unfriendly, non-helpful staff - both in person and over the phone. Like the previous commenter, if I didn't have to do business there, I wouldn't. I had to beg for help in person (they all ignored me even when I was the only customer in the store). Terrible.

Hard to believe that during the pre-school year rush your store is not opened extended hours on weekends. Very inconvenient as it is, very crowded, not very friendly staff, I would not use your store except that I have no choice. You should invest in an answering machine that at least provides store hours or an opportunity to leave a message. I hate doing business with businesses that are not customer focussed.
