AIKIDO (affiliated with United States Aikido Federation). Offering Traditional Aikido classes for adults and children since 1997. Empty hands and weapons training. OTHER MARTIAL ARTS: Tai Chi (call for schedule). All Instructors are certified in their respective martial art. OTHER PROGRAMS: Self-Defense, Fall Prevention, Therapeutic Stretching and Strengthening classes, Toddler and Young Child Movement (TOTKIDO) classes. Private classes are available.
