RASG Hebrew Academy is a day school that serves grades prekindergarten through grade 12. It was founded in 1947 by Rabbi Alexander S. Gross. The academy is a part of the South Florida Jewish community. It offers Torah's mandate to teach the principles and practices of Judaism to the Jewish community. The academy provides college preparatory programs for higher classes. It also offers library and media centers accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. The academy provides various clubs, such as Model UN, National Honors Society, National Science Honors Society and math club. The academy s athletic department offers various sports, including volleyball, basketball, tennis, football and baseball. The institution provides several facilities that include a gym, playground, basketball court and soccer field.
