Called to make a Saturday or evening appointment. Ty checked the availability for the one Saturday appointment for this month. There were no appointments booked, but the day was "blocked off" so he could not schedule me. I decided to make an evening appointment then. Thursday evenings it says they are open until 7. Thursday appointments were also blocked off past 5 o'clock. No other options available for someone who works from 8-5pm!
