I will NEVER use Veterans Ford again! After selling me a 2014 Ford Focus with a well-known transmission re-call, Gary the service department manager, preceded to insist nothing was wrong with my vehicle. I brought my car in for service 3 time's within the first 6 months of owning the vehicle complaining of the same shuttering upon acceleration . Finally, on the 3rd visit the technician found a problem and ordered a new clutch. This is such a wide spread issue, I had to wait an additional 10 weeks, due to the part being on back order. The only help Veterans Ford was willing to offer was a Ford trade-in. However, the joke was on me, because the vehicles within my price range had re-calls on their transmissions as well, i.e. 2011-2015 Fiesta / 2012-2015 Focus.

The most terrible service dept. Their manager named Gene Lies on purpose. I was told to drive the truck for 1500 miles and if the MPG's didn't improve they would fix the problem. 1500 miles later he didn't remember the problem . Even though it turned into a Ford Company problem. They could not remember it either. Gene laughed and said I was lucky the truck wasn't getting 10 MPG's. Terrible service dept. By your ford their but get warranty work at a different dealership. Rick C.

This place is awesome, my sales guy Nick, even more awesome. I bought my first car here and was treated like a queen. Nick spent alot of time with me and answered all my questions. Love my new car and got the payment less than I planned for. All smiles :-)

I would love to buy a vehicle from veterans ford, But wayne and tony are such a bunch of lyers and cheats. Let It be known that veteran's ford will only offer you auction prices for trade in's Brought 2 vehicles in 5 days apart.2006 F-150 XL Stripped down work truck with 27,000 Miles on it, They offered 5k For it. Yet the vehicle was in my opinion a clean trade in. They do not go buy any standards, NADA They toss out the window. So, another words, They go buy what a auction of rental cars, fleet cars etc go for. And as a lot of people know auctions can range. Brought in a mint condition 2009 Highway mile Fusion. Clean Trade in Per NADA Specs. NADA Showed a price of around 7K, Rough was 5700. Veterans ford offered me 4000 For it. Now this vehicle had all highway miles but yes it did have 125K on it. All the managers are rude and will curse infront of you. Especially the used car sales manager. Be careful. As I did this twice and when they offered me 5k for a 2006 F-150 Strip down model for 5K, In Clean trade in condition, I was shocked.I will never do business with Veterans for again. They want to steal trade in's In my opinion. In My opinion I would go with another Ford Dealer, As this one .

horrible service

i dropped my truck off yesterday morning at 10. it's 2:05 the next afternoon with no update. I've been holding now for 16 min on my cell phone waiting for someone to update me on my truck. the guy picked up the phone took my info and told me to hold on and he did come back after he apparently tried to speak to the tech. he was unable to get anymore info. i have NEVER been treated this way. this is horrible service as there are no courtesy calls or anything. at least tell me you haven't gotten to my vehicle and to add to it i have a rental and Ford knows it cause they called for me. they don't don't take into consideration the fact that i have a rental which is costing me money and everday i have to call enterprise to add another day.

Pride in quality work

As the owner of Veterans Ford, let me say that I am very proud of our staff and their efforts to deliver quality service and high customer satisfaction. Our technicians undergo extensive training - including ASE and Ford certifications - and are some of the best in the business. Our sales staff is highly knowledgeable, very personable and will not be undersold on any deal. In the event that any customer is ever not fully satisfied, I am personally available to discuss any concern.

Great Service

I brought my truck to a regular mechanics shop thinking it would be cheaper that way. The price was more that I could afford right now, so I decided to get a second opinion. Since it's a ford, I took it to Veterans ford. I didn't need all the repairs that I was told that I needed. I ended up saving almost $1000 in labor and parts. I'll be sure to go there for everything down to my oil changes from now on.

not reputable

Took car in for sun roof repairs, they charge $1900. Also put 200 miles unauthorized mileage on car, left car a mess, and lost car registration. Not reputable. Would not even talk about this problem.

Terrible service

I took my car (40k miles) to Veterans Ford because my "Check Engine" light came on. They asked me if I noticed if any symptoms, and I mentioned that it had been running a little bit hot, but that I didn't know if it was related or not to the Check Engine light. Without almost any warning they made nearly $2000 in repair work on my car (my car's book value is only $1200). When I got it back, they had changed all sorts of unrelated stuff, from PCV hose to fuel filters to replacing the therm cover and seals to flushing the cooling system, to replacing the thermostat and housing. It turns out that when I mentioned that it had been running "a bit hot" they treated it as an entirely separate problem and seemed to have made as many repairs as they could imagine. Just one "Check Engine" light and they pushed through as many replacements as they could. But that isn't the worst of it.

Less than two weeks after I took it to them my Check Engine light came on again. It appears that $2000 didn't fix anything. So I took the car to my regular mechanic, and here is what he told me: all the wiring was corroded, and replacing it would be nearly impossible (or at least prohibitively costly). He said this was "obvious" to anyone who looked under the hood, much less a Veterans Ford mechanic. The car, my regular mechanic says, has a very short while before it will begin to have major electrical problems and soon have to be sold for parts. Knowing this, Veterans Ford mechanics *must* have seen these corroded wires and known the meaning of it. But instead of just telling me the facts, they pushed through $2000 in "repairs" that didn't fix anything on a car that will have to be sold for parts in the very near future. Even if you assume that all those repairs were needed (and everything suggests that they were not), it doesn't explain why they would not tell me of the cars major and obvious electrical problems.
