I live in Folsom and get to Metairie 2 times a month. Every time I do I stop in at Vapors Inn to get their Vanilla Custard. I always buy 30ml double flavor 6 mg of nicotine.The last time I went in I gave my order and to my surprise I was told they had that made juice made already. I bought it and went home. When I got home I noticed it was not the same. I wanted it exchanged for the right product So my wife goes in and tells them and they tell her they do not do returns and if she would have not waited 2 weeks they might have replaced it. They then try it and tell her they think it is diluted! The nerve of these people! I live an hour and 10 minutes away. I did business with ONLY then but never again! Your business could use a lesson in respect.

Never had a bad experience there. Always fast, friendly and helpful. Still stuck on their Vanilla Custard in-house flavor. Just wish they'd make some more t-shirts already!

I don't normally give reviews but for Vapors Inn I will make an exception. This is the worst vapor store in Jefferson Parish that I have been to. I visited this place 3times and each time the service was worse than the previous visit. The store has very haughty help and if you experience a problem with any of your purchases they are unaccomidating and will attempt to upsale verses support their sales. My suggestion would be to find another place for your vape products.. Try Calhoun Vapor they are much better all around.

Great customer service. Got a whole setup for way cheaper than the Internet. Huge selection of juice. Quaint little bar in the back for sampling. I'd go just to hang out and sample a few flavors!! They even have a top notch selection of house blend flavors. Honeydew and swagger are delicious!! A+ establishment. Will return.

About time a store like this opened in our area!!! Finally a convenient location with great products and excellent service. The e liquid is the best I have tried since I started

I just left about an hour ago and I cant stop vapeing the black mamba. Plus the people were very helpful and I felt as though I already knew them. I will defenetly be back!

The E-liquid is amazing. There is an E-Juice bar in the back so you can sample the favors and choose the nicotine level that is right for you. The staff is very personable and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back!
