The hours are wrong they don't open till 10:00am

Manager was extremely helpful at a very stressful time of year.

This place sucks I ordered a mater power wheels item and then was given a floor model that had the stickers peeling off of it!!! The price of this product is 119.00 and I was expecting more for what i paid for. They did not have any in stock (like in the box) Made me mad then i had to drive back there because they didn't even give me the battery. Needless to say I will not order or step foot in that toys r us again. Nor will i order anything in online to store. If you didnt have the item then why not tell me the truth about it.

I have called this location several times in the last week, looking for a certain item. I do not want to make the trip, only to get there and realize they don't carry the item or it is not in stock. But the Metairie location does not answer the phone. I have been on the phone for a minimum of 1/2 an hour and the phone rings like it was Sunday. I don't get it, don't call 'em. They will not answer.
