The folks at this location are great. I have had my hair cut by Erin, Debbie, Kim and Chris. Clarence is always busy with people waiting so I can only assume he is go also. On my last visit a couple of days ago I learned Kim is gone and they instituted a new policy if you request a certain person you are going to pay $2.95 and it goes to the shop not the stylist. THIS WRONG, they are the reason the people come there. I guess I will consider someplace else for my next cut.

Kim is awesome! She treats me as I'm her only customer when I sit in her chair. She is so knowledgeable about hair products b/c she uses most of them on her own hair. The cuts and hair colors she performs on me are always "Right On". She takes pride and it shows...
