It has more than 50 cardiovascular machines including treadmills, elliptical trainers, bikes, stairs and rowers from a range of companies such as Star Trac, Precor, Stairmaster, Life Fitness, Schwinn and Concept 2. The spa offers five treatment rooms that provide massages, facials, manicures and other spa treatments. The mind and body studio at Premier Fitness features Yoga, core, power Yoga and Pilates.
