Worst place. I will never take my pet there again. The place is is disgusting, it smells like cat urine when you first walk in. I almost didn't leave my dog there, but against my better judgement I did. I eas told he would be ready at around 2. At 4 he had not been touched, I was told he would be ready in 30 minutes. I came back at 5 and he was ready, however he's hair was clipped but he definitely had not had a bath I was also told he could not be brushed well because of the humidity. I took him home bathed him and brushed high myself. Funny I was able to brush him out just fine. The place is not very professional but worst of all not very clean. This place was recommend and since it was a lot cheaper I decided to try it. Not worth it. I will continue to spen the extra money. I should have known you get what you pay for. VT
