He was very patient and never made us feel pressured. He made us feel like we not only purchased a vehicle, but made a friend. Every body else we worked with also treated us like family. Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans was the dealer most willing to work with my specifications regarding price and vehicle. I previously owned a Mercedes, which was totaled in an accident. Not only did my old Mercedes keep me safe in the accident, but I returned to Mercedes to lease my second car after shopping around at Acura, BMW, Lexus, and Mercedes.

He followed up, and continued to search for the right vehicle for me in my price range until he found it. I am very pleased with his level of expertise regarding the vehicles he is selling, and I am very pleased with his continued follow up. I anticipate remaining in the Mercedes family for many years to come.
