CPA who has an extensive background in tax compliance and consulting of both public and private businesses. The largest were in the commercial real estate sector, and employed federal and state historic Credits, Low Income Housing Credits or NMTCs (New Market Tax Credits). My practice in these areas has allowed for my consulting practice in this arena to grow.
