My mother's doctor recently referred her to Cantilever Shoes. She has suffered for years with her feet and was in constant pain when walking. When i called the store to set up her appointment, I was informed of the process and what paperwork would be needed from my mom and her doctors. When we arrived for her appointment, the ladies that work there were nothing but friendly and very helpful. The lady that worked with us was very knowledgeable of the shoes and custom orthodics that my mom needed. While there, they informed me that they still needed something from my mom's doctor before they could process everything. They told me exactly what was needed and who we needed to get it from. I called her doctor and had it sent over. They scheduled her a follow up appointment to return to pick up and be fitted for her orthodics. The second visit was just as pleasant as the first!!

I recommend Cantilever to all of my clients who complain about foot pain. I would recommend them to everyone.

Great store wth a great selection. I was in New Orleans visiting and found this store after I finally had it with foot pain. Long walks in the French Quarter were not fun! I came in for something to help relief pain in my right foot. After talking about my needs and looking at my current shoe situation, they recommended an SAS brand shoe which I found good looking and not "orthopedic". They also helped me understand what I needed in a shoe and provided me options. I ended up with a shoe with better support and a quality insole. I couldn't be more pleased. Foot pain went away quickly and I am now taking long walks again and working on my weight. I found their service great. I ended up purchasing two pairs of shoes, one they special ordered for me and shipped to my home! I never felt pressured and the staff definitely doesn't hard sell. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a friendly place to find some great shoes! And I will be dealing with them long distance from Texas! Trustworthy people who really care.

My first time haveing to get diabetic custom shoes, when here to get my RX. worst service i have ever had, these are the most unprofessional people i have ever dealt with. five months later i still have no shoes. their medicare advocate is a total joke. hope who ever useses this co. has better luck .. they got 1 star only because it won't let me give them a 0 star

I had been dealing with terrible pain in both of my feet for years. I had seen multiple doctors, gotten steroid injections, changed dozens of pairs of shoes, etc. Nothing worked. I'm a wedding photographer so being on my feet for extended periods of time is a must, and it was getting to the point where it was unbearable. A friend saw Cantilever while driving by one day and told me to give it a shot, so I figured, what the heck, why not.



I walked in and was immediately greeted by three people behind the from desk. The customer service was absolutely fantastic, and within minutes they were able to get me into custom fitted insoles and told me more about my feet in five minutes than the last 10 doctors combined. It's been right about three days, and let me tell you, I can absolutely notice a difference. I had extremely high arches and had never been able to find supports that worked, but the first supports they grabbed for me have been working wonders.



The shoes and supports were close to $300.00, and I have never even come close to spending that before on shoes, but I have to say it has was completely worth it. There is simply not a price I wouldn't pay to get out of the pain I was in, and $300.00 is a bargain compared to multiple doctors visits and years of no answers. I seriously wish I would have been recommended here sooner, and I can't recommend them enough to people. If you suffer with foot problems, just do yourself a favor and check them out.
