Will not over sell. Takes the time needed to get it right. Twenty years with Bert and I'm still amazed with the fact he is still hands on !

I have been using Bert's Auto for more than 20 years. I have 2002 Kia Sorento and still use it and have an excellent condition. He is very honest and has knowledge of all different kinds of automobiles. I have introduced a lot of my friends, who also very satisfied at his place. I call him an AUTOMOBILE Doctor.

He does it right the first time. Had a CV joint replaced and his tech worked and completed the job while my husband and I finished breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Seems to be very honest about his work; treats it like a work of art.

I have been using Bert's for a couple of years now. The first time I used Bert's was the time I brought a friend's car in for a repair. The vehicle was old and my friend could not afford a newer vehicle. Bert did a great job and was extremely fair with the price. Just this week I brought my 2011 Dodge Ram in to have the water pump replaced. It seemed at first that the warranty would allow someone other than the dealer to do the repair so I went to Bert's because I trust him and the quality of his work. When the warranty company called back to say that the dealer had to do the repair Bert not only suggested that I go that route even though he would be losing the business he even assisted me in having my truck towed to the dealer. I know of no other shop that would sacrifice business in order to help someone. I will bring all of my repair business to Bert's as well as recommend him to everyone that I know who is looking for a very thorough and extremely fair mechanic.

I have been using Bert's for years. Each time I bring my car there I feel that I get a very detailed description of the problem. I like that he is very knowledgeable and I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off. My main reason for writing this review is to say the motto "fixed right the first time" is true. I have never brought my car back to have the same thing done. I told a relative to go there, she didn't listen, let's just say she brought he car back to the other place twice already, and it still makes the same noises. 850.00 later I might add. I have only used Bert's for years, thanks for keeping my car on the road and running great.

Had an extreme car problem: total battery failure in a hotel parking garage. No tow truck access.

I needed to leave New Orleans that day for a business meeting in Atlanta the next.

Bert was the only mechanic in town who would help on-site. He made the drive, got us running, had one of his mechanics actually drive our car to his garage, got us a refund on the battery, installed a replacement, checked the electrical system, and only charged us for labor. Absolutely amazing. Best experience I've ever had with a mechanic, and I've been driving for 25 years. This is the guy you want fixing your car.

I have used Bert's over ten years. There has never been a problem or question that Bert or his employees could not handle. When other repair shops or dealerships in the past worked on my car, the problems were rarely fixed on the first visit, usually, at my expense. However, since finding Bert's I have never had to bring my car back for the same problem. I recommend him to everybody. He takes the time to diagnos accurately without guess work. Simply, amazing.

Honest, knowledgeable, fixed right the first time. They say it, they mean it !!
