From its origin in Birmingham, Ala., the company now has offices in New Orleans, Orlando, Fla., Shreveport, La., and Dallas. A closely held private concern, the Brice Building Company is owned by Felix Drennen, Ben Nevins and other members of the firm s senior management team. Ownership of the firm was transferred in 1990 from Houston A. Brice.
