The Brice Building Company, established in 1931, is a regional general contracting and construction management firm. The firm now has more than 650 employees, many of whom are second and third generation members of the company. From its origin in Birmingham, Ala., the company now has offices in New Orleans, Orlando, Fla., Shreveport, La., and Dallas. A closely held private concern, the Brice Building Company is owned by Felix Drennen, Ben Nevins and other members of the firm s senior management team. Ownership of the firm was transferred in 1990 from Houston A. Brice.
