Three years ago, A/S AC installed a new AC and heating system for me with 10 years parts and labor warranty.I think they did pretty good job. But now my AC has some problem, and I called them and left message(about 10 times), no one return my call. I went to their office, the door closed. I don't know what I can do. Anyone know how to contact them?

Adam came out for an emergency repair the same day that I called. Unfortunately it was too late in the day to obtain the part but he had me up and going the next day. He was professional and courteous and his office kept in touch with me. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for AC repair or installation.

Best price I could find on R-22 Freon. They were courteous and on time for our appoitment. I was impressed.

This was the first of three companies to give me an estimate on a new complete 16 SEER 4 Ton Carrier System. I got a total of three estimates from three different companies. Not only was A/S nearly $1,000.00 less than the other estimates, they also included a 10 year parts and labor warranty. They cleaned there work area very well and the job as a whole came out great. I would definetly reccomend this company!

Being that I am an out of state rental property owner it is hard to find good companies that will not take advantage of my situation. This company was GREAT. They went above and beyond all my expectations. They took before and after pics and sent them to me via email. I felt the level of comfort as if I was there, even though I was 3 states away. Price was very reasonable and the customer service was excellent.

Estimate for: new condenser, new furnace, replace old duct work with microbial duct work and cut out three additional vents.

Our very old system finally gave out on a Friday afternoon. I called Anthony around 4:00 and he and Adam arrived at our home by 5:30. We agreed that he would e-mail two quotes for two different brands on Monday morning because he needed more info from one of the manufacturers. However, by Saturday after receiving two other quotes I called and asked Anthony to give us the one price he could on the Carrier system. Within thirty minutes I had the estimate. His price was at least $1500 cheaper than the other two companies. My husband and I compared the services offered by all three companies then sent a list of questions to Anthony (on Saturday afternoon) which he responded to promptly. A/S was comparable to the others. By Saturday afternoon we approved A/S's estimate. Anthony said he'd have a crew out on Tuesday morning but they actually got a head start Monday evening. On Tuesday afternoon Anthony came out to check on the progress of the job and that same evening we had air conditioning. The next day Adam and Jacob came back out to finish cutting and installing three new vents - they were finished the entire job by noon Wednesday! These two young men were, prompt, courteous and cleaned up the debris created during the course of the job - and honest! Jacob noticed $60 on a chair (had fallen out of my daughter's pocket). He pointed it out to my husband.

Anthony's communication with us was outstanding, especially considering it was the weekend. He was thorough, answered all of our questions and had a great attitude and the price was right within our budget. One of the other companies offered to match A/S's price after the fact - what does that tell you!

Honest Company. A/S was the second company I called to look at my AC system. The first company informed me that my the compressor was bad. I found it strange becuase my system was only 5 years old so I decided to get a second opinion. I was reffered to A/S by my friend and they came out within 2 hours of my call. Sure enough it was in fact my compacitor, a fairly inexpensive part, and not the compressor. Thank you A/S!

The technician that came to our home was prompt and courteous. He took his time to explain the repairs we needed and did them quickly. I would definitely recommend A/S.
