I made the mistake of going to the Supercuts on Gus Thomasson for a trim. One side of my hair was 2 inches longer than the other. Because my "stylist" had rushed into pulling another customer back, I was asked to wait....and wait....and wait. The Stylist then took yet another customer and I requested the number of their corporate office and left. They were not concerned in the least bit and today, I found out why! Corporate referred me back to the store owner because this is a franchise location. I will never ever go back!
