I was in the store and I walked by the grooming area. They had a small dog tied up close to the bar. The dog was squirming. You could tell he was not comfortable. The groomer hit the dog with the brush. I was very upset by this and I asked to see the manager. I am not sure if she was the Manager but I told her of the situation and she said that she would look into it, but the statement she made that I will never forget was " How else can we make them sit still, we are not hurting them" I disagree.
