Pros: It's a beautiful wonderful and lovely establishment with one good eye doctor.



Cons: Overrated, overpriced and staffed with complete imbeciles. The whole network is departmentalized and unregulated leading to massive and uncorrected communication errors. There is no synchronicity to any action in this theatrical house of comedy. It is important to note that "NO ONE CONNECTS OR COMMUNICATES CLEARLY"! It is very apparent that the un-orchestrated staff and possibly the manager are completely unrehearsed and do not recognize their repetitive mistakes, lack of communication and failure to listen to the patient. There are some serious issues that need to be addressed with this establishment.



Be careful, be cautious and be very aware of what's going on around you at the facility. I have found their calculations to be incorrect, my order was incorrect, the lenses were not correct and not what I was told or expected and the charges were not correct. There is a problem here. A HUGE disconnect of staff and Doctors.



To the Doctor(s), if you read this...you need to address some serious issues on the front end of your establishment. The comedy of errors and the horrors that follow could result to consequences of a failed practice. An un-orchestrated staff can make or break you and they are well on their way.

I received 4 automated phone calls and a text message reminding me of my appointment time, even though I responded to the first call that I was keeping the appointment.



I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment to fill out paperwork, since I was a new patient. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time before being called back. Then after the assistant completed the preliminary scans and paperwork, I was left sitting in the exam room for over an hour.



A few days later, I received a call that my lenses were ready, but the person who cuts the lenses only works from 1-5 pm, which is during my work hours. I was told it was only a 45 minute wait for the lenses to be finished. I dropped off my frames and called back that evening to ask if my glasses were ready. I was told in a less than courteous manner that the frames department had closed and they were unable to answer that question. I returned the next morning to pick up my glasses and found out that they were only half done. Since I work in the afternoons, I have to wait another day for my glasses to be completed.



This entire organization has no respect for my time. I will not be using them again.

Patient beware, take a padded pocket book. Careful of charges that your insurance carrier may cover at no expense to you but they will!
