Terrible !!! The repairman replaced a failed soap dispenser., but he did not test the machine operation before he left. And then when we tried to use the dishwasher after he left, the machine was totally dead ... no lights or anything. It was obvious that he did something wrong that killed the dishwasher. We then proceeded to call the repairman's cell phone number and the company number multiple, multiple times, asking and begging them to come back to correct the problem ... always leaving messages because they never answer their calls.. They did not even give us the courtesy of a return call, besides leaving us with a dead dishwasher.

I have a Whirlpool Duet washer that is 7 years old. It not only quit but locked up with a full load of clothes. The technician came out and diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. he also told me how to fix it, where to order a new pump, and only charged me a service call. After reading some of the reviews I was very cautious. But this guy does great work and is highly ethical. Would highly recommend! Tim

Too bad you can't give minus Stars.This company does not have a certified Fisher & Paykel technician. They came out for a simple repair only to break the circuit board, pinch the drain hose, and short out the heating element, because the tech left out the second "O" ring. Oh and because they pinched the drain hose and failed to put in the second "O" ring; the first time I used the dishwasher flooded my cabinet and floors. Don't allow Kukla, Fran and Olly at your house, no telling what they would break next.
