Mesquite Recreation Department offers more than 100 year-round programs and services for youth and adult residents. The department oversees the maintenance various handicap accessible playgrounds in Rugel, Tosch, Galloway, Blackwood, Shands, Florence, Lawrence, Motley, Range, Brandy Station, Hanby, McWhorter, Rutherford and Seabourn parks. Located in Mesquite, Texas, it serves more than 3,000 individuals.
