I have used flow plumbing for roughly 3 years and have always been pleased with their work! They are amazing at doing anything from changing a faucet to fixing a major leak in my bathroom. Always willing to work around my schedule and my family's needs. Very prompt, respectful, kind, and diligent both in their manners and in their work. I love that they wear booties over their shoes and respect our home. When a problem did arise (faucet connected backwards so where hot should be cold was and where cold should be hot was) they came out the same day I called and fixed the problem quickly and ensured that I had no other problems. Other than this one minor issue, their work has been flawless, quick, and effective! Will continue to use flow plumbing in the future.

I used Flow Plumbing on some remodel work we did on a bathroom. We purchased 2 toilets, bath tub, and new sink/vanity which they installed. They did a great job. They were prompt, professional, and clean. They cleaned up when they were done. Everything works fine - won't know about the tub/shower for awhile - hubby slow going with the tile work needed! I assume it will work fine as well. We will use them again for the next bathroom project of installing double sinks in the bathroom.

I have used Flow Plumbing on four occasions. The first three were for slab leak detection and remediation. The most recent job was to replace three leaking outside faucets. In each case, the plumbers arrived on time, took great care not to mess up the house and did excellent work. No followup work was required on any job. I highly recommend them!

We had a significant leak under our home approximately 10' from an exterior wall. Flow Plumbing located the leak, unearthed the pipe, cut and rerouted the pipe and restored our property to its original state. They remained on target with regard to cost and estimated completion time. They were professional, courteous and prompt. I live in Mesquite, Tx., at Casa Ridge Dr. & Driftwood with foundation problems (cracks, etc.) and my insurance company(State Farm) sent Flow Plumbing over to check for any 'unknown' water leaks' beneath our slab foundation. The tech was very polite & efficient and the entire process took less than an hour( after I located the outlet access for our home's plumbing( beneath my large patch of cannas). He showed me what his meters were registering and what it would show if there was even a 'small trickle' of water leaking anywhere, (unfortunately there weren't any, darn). I only wish I had such polite techs, like this one, from every company I have had to deal with. I would 'Highly Recommend' this company to my friends or anyone needing similar services. J. Had my first awesome experience with Flow, when I needed a third opinion to diagnose what sewer issues I had. They used a camera to check everything and map it out and showed me where my problems were, that totally explained the back-ups I had experienced. Flow to the rescue last Friday, when my overflow pan for my A/C started dripping water through a light fixture in the bathroom. A/C company was unable to come out, other plumber was booked and when I called Flow, they had someone out in 45 minutes and he took care of that issue and replaced the washers on the leaky tub faucets! Very pleased with their service, consideration for finanaces and professionalism! Will call again!

Flow was the third plumbing company to come out to pin point the "break" in my sewer pipe. I was looking at an 18K bill to fix the break. Not only did Flow find that the pipe wasn't broken but opened up the bad clog, they did a pressure test and gave me peace of mind that I didn't have any leaks anywhere! As a single woman, who doesn't trust any plumber, I trust Flow Plumbing, they want to make you a continuing customer when you really need a plumber not a one time customer.

It was refreshing to get a simple straight forward price to test my plumbing. I know repair costs cannot be predicted but showing up to test certainly can. Other companies wanted a blank check which is ridiculous and the first sign they are taking you for every penny. The Flow Plumbers were on time and easy to talk to. No hustle or scams just real guys trying to find out what was wrong. I got straight answers. I liked dealing with Elvis and felt comfortable with them in my house. This is the only plumbing company I can recommend. Happy in Garland.

Way over priced!! Their labor charge was over twice all the other estimates and then there was a lot of extra un- specified expense added in.
