      On 12/2/13 around 2pm we were at your store in the Ralph Lauren area where we encountered Ms. Barbara who went over and beyond to attempt to locate pants that were not available at your location. She waited on customers, made phone calls to other stores, searched her entire inventory. This woman was a multi-tasker extraordinary. She remained pleasant and helpful to everyone who approached her register. She serves Dillard's as a fabulous example of quality in service. Donnie C. King, Mesquite, Tx
