If you buy a older home from them they will find a way to evict there uprooting family's making them homeless so they can make room for new homes and gouge the snow birds when they come

This park is now under new management I used to live hear long time ago it went down hill but we have been their in July and it has been turned around it's great and lots of remodel done

X-B is not as good as this will lead you to believe. Most of the homes here are not up to code. There are a few drug dealers living here and the management (Mike) refuses to do anything about it. There are load parties that run into all hours of the night. Do not make the same mistake that we did. Do not buy a home here as you will be disappointed. They told us that everything was good in our home it just needed some paint. As it turned out the heater did not work and was red flagged by the gas dept. We were going to recarpet the living room and thats when we found out that the add-on was not up to code and they would not do any work on it. We have had so many problems here that there is too much to list here. There are lots of very nice well kept parks around here for piece of mind I would suggest that you find some where other then this dump.
