Lisa Winder and Tim Hawkins founded Windhawk, Inc in 2000 as an exciting new alternative for mastering the fundamentals of health. Tim and Lisa have extensive, hands-on experience working with athletes of all ages and abilities. Their particular expertise is in Active Isolated Stretching, plus core and functional strength training that is tailored to each client's specific needs. Tim and Lisa believe in inspiring people to take responsibility for themselves and take a proactive approach for improving their health and accomplishing their goals.
