I was on hold for 44 minutes and suddenly disconnected. Could it be that happened because it was 4:45 pm and the post office closes at 5? If so that's Unacceptable. I have mail in a box with a key that won't turn. I left a note wrapped in the box's key ring at the very front of my own mailbox. The mail carrier obviously ignored it and dropped a whole stack of mail on top of it. So I tried calling the main post office. I could've driven there and gotten in line and waited. Should have. I'd be inside and then I wouldn't have been ignored. Terrible service.

I continually have mail delivered the belongs to someone else and the mail that belongs to me doesn't get here. I call the USPS main number file a complaint and assured I will get an email and a call back. Neither one happens. What are taxpayers paying for?

Terrible. We only have 35 condos in our community and they continually get things in the wrong boxes. They also infuratingly leave slips in your mailbox claiming they attempted a delivery when they did NOT because you were sitting at home all day waiting for it. So you have to go wait in line the following day at the post office to get your package because they were too lazy to deliver it.
