WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!Having been in law enforcement settings and taken previous polygraph test, this was by far the most unprofessional experience I've encountered. The examiner (Matthew Jacobs) lacked the skill to communicate in a personable manner or ask questions with tact. He was adamant that the answers given were deceitful and insistent that I was lying (which in fact I was not, as proven by a polygraph taken AND passed just months prior wielding similar if not the exact same questions.) This man is unfairly disqualifying candidates otherwise qualified for positions based on his unprofessional tactless opinions alone, which not only wastes the money of the departments who have paid to get the applicant this far but also unjustly negatively affects the future and lives of his unfortunate victims. I now know why polygraphs are inadmissible in a court of law!
