The staff here is terrible. I had a leak that didnt get fixed for two weeks. They made me feel like a child the way they scolded me for even asking about it. " That leak has nothing to do with the amount you pay. And your not going to get by with paying less just cause theres a hole in your ceiling." I paid rent every month on the 5th then after paying it four times like that out of the blue they try and charge me 129.00 late fee. There response is that "they were being nice when they were letting me pay it late." When the lease clearly states you can pay rent on the fifth. Im seeking legal action at this very moment with this property. But save yourslef the headache. Trust me. Its not out of anger its out of concern for future prospects. Stay away! You will regret it!!!!!
