He founded the company on January 14, 2013 on the same date he filed the patent for the Rapp IT Up with the United State Patent Office. Daniel served in the United States Navy as a SONAR Technician from 1987 to 1994. He excelled in the field of acoustic analysis and digital electronics. As a SONAR technician his main focus was National Security by undersea tracking, classification and engagement of submarines and ships at sea. He worked his way through the US military service increasing his advanced understanding in Anti Submarine Warfare by attended beginning, intermediate and then advanced acoustic analysis schools. Ultimately, he reached the designation of a quad 0 (0000). This was the top tier of acoustic analysis designation for the United States Military.
