TMT Solutions, LLC does business as The Master’s Touch Cleaning Service and is a woman-owned, Personalized Cleaning Solution for your Home. We have been cleaning the East Valley since 2001, and as an ‘A Rated’ company on AngiesList.com, we achieved their Super Service Award for five years. We were selected a Mesa ‘Best in Cleaning’ business for two years running. As members of ARCSI, we train our employees and operate in a professional & ethical manner. All our employees are long term, so you will have the same team members coming to your house over 90% of the time and will get to personally know them. We contract with a Human Resource firm in Phoenix who takes care of all the regulatory employment laws, Employment background checks, Homeland Security checks (e-Verify), as well as employee workman’s compensation insurance, unemployment insurance and all federal and state taxes. We offer employee benefits, paid holidays and additional paid time off for full time employees. We are a member of the Association for the Residential Cleaning Industry (ARCSI) where each employee is trained prior to entering your home, and use as many ‘green clean’ practices where practical. We are a proud partner with ‘Cleaning for a Reason’ and donate cleaning hours to women undergoing treatment for cancer. Many cleaning companies offer an ala-carte menu of services. Our philosophy is a little different. If you are paying the Hourly Rate, we will clean your list of priorities because you’re paying for our services by the hour. Simple! Recurring clients on the Flat Rate plan enjoy consistent cleaning and billing for your budget. As part of this plan we will also clean accessible interior windows at least twice per year. If it’s time, send an email or leave a note and we’ll clean them. Both inside and out on patio doors are cleaned each trip. If notified/scheduled in advance, we will also clean your refrigerator and wipe out your oven twice per year at no additional cost. If your beds are unmade or sheets left out in the Master Bedroom, we will make and/or change the bedding each cleaning. Recurring Flat Rate weekly and bi-weekly clients with active accounts serviced at least one year are also offered a free deep cleaning once each year between June and August, if notified one month in advance. We’ll spend a little more time cleaning to catch any misses. Finally, each of our company cars are equipped with GPS units that feed off a satellite, 24 hours a day, sending reports every two minutes to the application. We use these reports to determine team movement, which provides the most accurate pricing, rounded down to the nearest 5-minutes. We also monitor competitor pricing between franchise and niche cleaners to ensure we remain in the lower 50% of the price structure, ensuring you the most for your cleaning dollar. You can always shop price, but not all firms carry the accolades & reputation the company has earned over time.

We work in teams of 2 and 3, generally book appointments five days out. Saturday mornings are available by advance notice.
