Russell was very accommodating to changing my schedule when something else came up. He told me that he had to fill it first (to not be charged) and luckily he was able to do that. So I made an apt for the next day. Thank you! I do love going to this place...great massages and a nice environment.

I setup an appointment, and the person told me to be there 15 minutes early for my appointment to be sure it started on time. 10 minutes before the appointment I received a call that they were running late and to come 15 minutes later then agreed. I said I was just about there and was coming from the West valley so a long drive. They did not apologize just repeated they were running late. I waited in my car until the new time. I went up to the door a few minutes before the time they said, a neon sign said open but the door was locked so I waited until the correct time, still locked. Tried again 5 minutes later and still locked. I called the office but it went to voice mail so I left a message that I was waiting, but no call back. I called a second time and said it was hot out so cancel my appointment as I was leaving. 20 minutes after I left, I got a voice message from the therapist saying she was ready for me. I never received a call back apologizing or anything else.
