      I was charged for a doctor's fee of $60.00 that was not covered under my vision coverage. When I was paying after my eye check-up, I was shocked because this member's rep was telling me, I owe 60.00 for a Dr's fee because the Doctor did measure my contacts.

      First of all, I was not aware that, it was not covered.

      Second of all, the doctor did not disclose that, because if she did, I would have said no since I just had mine 6 months ago.

      Third of all, after my measurement , she told me, no changes and as she was writing down my left eye prescription - she didn't even know if it is negative or positive. And she has the NERVE to charge me for $60.00. What a rip-off. What kind of an eye doctor are you? If you can do this to me, I won't be surprised the things that you can do with your other patients? Scary and wicked.

      Newsflash!!!! ----> FRAUD and ABUSE..!!!
