Barbara Sheele of Sunstar Heating & Aire at 4701 E CRESCENT AVE MESA 85206 ripped our family off. She installed a brand new air conditioning unit and it failed. Then, she tried to charge us for a brand new one. Later to fund out, Barbara Sheele of Sunstar Heating & Aire is also under tax fraud charges by the IRS and has numerous tax liens against her. Additionally, her son Kevin Sheele, was convicted for drug possession and a restraining order was ordered against him for contact with his ex-wife.

Wow, Sunstar has got to be the worst. Im an 87 year old widower. Ive had to fend for myself for almost 10 years now. I have seen a lot but never have experienced such a destructive group of people. They are borderline criminal. Im surprised they are still in business and can survive with such low standards. I felt like asking them if I was on the Candid Camera TV show or something. Their employees were certainly not happy and nowhere close to being professional. At my age, it takes quite a bit to get me riled up and upset especially enough to type a complaint on a computer.
