      I made an appointment to have my dog neutered there. I don't understand why I made an appointment to drop him off for surgery because I waited for TWO HOURS with him before going to the front desk to find out how much longer it was to take and still had 4 people in front of me. I'm a pretty patient person, but that was ridiculous. Very unprofessional and inefficient. Needless to say, we didn't stay and I found another place. Their process should have been made more clear.

      Totally unprofessional staff. Don't do appointments. Says first come first serve but they choose whose first by who there friends with.

      I took my boxer to this place to get him neutered, unfortunately after I found out about the great prices here or I would have brought him for his vaccines as well. The wait in the morning was a bit much but that's nothing considering how easy everything went and my dog came out of it with absolutely no problems and was happy as can be even considering he had just gotten snipped.
