Jeff came to do the initial inspection himself, and actually climbed on my roof, removed debris to get to the tiles, then pulled up tiles for an accurate assessment of my roof and underlayment. He inspected multiple areas on my roof, not just where i suspected a problem. He came down off the roof and assured me that he could help, and explained the repair process. I appreciate the truth up front! So long story made short, RoofStar came out, fixed my roof ahead for schedule and at a lower cost than the 2 other company's had quoted and gave me a guarantee. Can't say enough great things about this company! Jeff came out to the house and did a very thorough inspection. He told us how they would fix the leak but also suggested some modest maintenance items that would extend the life of our roof. He explained everything in detail, with drawings. His quote was comparable to others we received and they warranty their work. Once we gave them the go-ahead, they were able to fit us into their schedule and do the work two days later! The crew was very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Jeff came out to do an inspction after the work was done. Jeff Knudson the owner met with me at my home. He was friendly, detailed oriented & patient to deal with. He drew a diagram of my roof & the existing problem we had after a storm ripped through our neighborhood taking several tiles off. He climbed up on our roof, which is 2 story & has a large pitch. His ladder wasn't tall enough so he improvised by climbing on one roof and hoisting himself up to the higher roof. He spent a lot of time checking the existing damage and the condition of the entire roof. Rec'd estimate on the spot, set-up appt. He called to confirm his appt. and showed-up as promised.
