Very good food, but very, very poor service. After sitting there for quite a while, the hostess, who I think is possibly the owner, came to the table and asked if we had ordered yet. When I said no she quickly took our order. Some guy who wasn't a wait person brought our food out, after another extended wait. I was only drinking water, but it was empty when they brought our food and I was halfway through when a waitress finally asked if I wanted some more water. Our table was cleared, when we finished eating, then we waited another 10 minutes for somebody to bring the bill. We finally just got up and went to the cash register, where the hostess asked us what table we were sitting at, so she could figure out how much we owed. Then, the whole time we stood there, she complained about how hard it was to get good help and how her only good waitress had died. We have lived all over the United States and eaten out all over the United States. We have never, ever, had such slow & poor service. This is the first time we have ever left a restaurant without leaving a tip and we will never go back. Like I said, good food, but extremely poor service! It was also one of the noisiest restaurants we've ever been in. So, if you're looking for a nice evening and good Italian food, go to the Olive Garden. The food is just as good. The atmosphere is better. We have always had excellent service at the Olive Garden, too.

The food is great and the service is exceptional. The new name is Roma Cafe Ristorante.
