New hours will be 5:30am to 8:00pm. Children may not be left longer than 10 hours a day. Rising star offers our kids a safe home away from home where a child's growth, both mentally and socially, is number one and where your child can learn by interaction and exploration in a safe and happy atmosphere. We offer multi-cultural and developmentally appropriate materials and equipment. Parents can expect open communication in an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect.
