My experience with R&S Mattress Liquidators was amazingly pleasant...!! I highly suggest that anyone in need of a new mattress should do themselves a favor and shop R&S Mattress FIRST, save yourself the time shopping around. Tony Modaffare, my salesman at the Queen Creek store was AMAZING, he made the entire shopping experience enjoyable from start to finish!! Purchased a mattress & box spring set from there only to open up our box spriing set from a smell & found black mold...buyer beware !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not very happy this is the second time we have gone to R & S. This is the last. The first mattress sunk on one side in 6 months. We tried them again. They promised us free delivery, set up and take away of our old mattress. We were also told we would get a call an hour before they were going to deliver so we didn't have to sit home all day. They never called, my wife sat home all afternoon waiting for them. She called and they said they would be there within a hour. They never showed up. I called 2 hours later and after getting upset they finally delivered our mattress. When they delivered our mattress they tried to charge us to take our old mattress after we were told this was included in our price. 10 minutes after they left we noticed this wasn't the mattress we ordered. It wasn't the same brand or firmness. The mattress they sent us was a less expensive mattress. I seriously would caution anyone from doing business with this company.
