      Pho Ao Sen is a Vietnamese state-of-the-art restaurant serving authentic breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dishes are a combination of traditional with the contemporary. The menu comprises appetizers, pho, com tam, bun, vegetarian and desserts. Pho is a traditional Vietnamese soup eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner served with rice noodles, a variety of meats accompanied by a separate plate of basil, bean sprouts, jalapenos and lime. The deserts include a Thai fruit dessert and Che Dau Do, which is red bean with jelly and coconut milk served with crushed ice. Pho Ao Sen creates traditional menu for vegetarians, vegans and the health conscious entirely meat-free customers. The restaurant has two locations, including California and Arizona.
