They inspected my car then sent me a text with pictures and videos of my actual filters. They seem honest, knowledgeable and didn't try to upsale me. It's really a no pressure shop. When any of the staff walked by me they all said hi. As far as the little perks: clean bathrooms with toilet seat covers a changing table for babies and a cabinet for your purse, a refrigerator with free soda and water. In the waiting area there's tons of snacks (healthy granola bars, fruit snacks, rice crispy treats and nutri-grain bars of all flavors). The waiting area has a glass window to the shop and women's magazines. They also have a refer a friend program. Over all this is a great place and I will definitely be back!

Excellent customer service! Took me in the same day for an oil change. Even though I had a coupon they still gave me first class treatment. They did a complimentary thorough inspection, sent it to my phone, and explained it without pressure. The women's bathrm is clean, complimentary WiFi, healthy snacks, coffee and drinks. My favorite place to get my car serviced in all of East Valley! When I had to get a lot of work done on my car, they gave me a free loaner car so I didn't have to miss work. Their team is always upfront and get me the best deal possible. Take your car there! Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with Performance they saved me money when another shop said i needed more extensive repairs. They are honest and are very easy to talk to. We plan on bringing our other car in for the brakes and A\C work. Try them out!

I took my Cadillac into Performance to have the radiator checked for a leak. My neighbor had used them for years and highly recommended their shop. As it turned out the only thing wrong was a busted radiator hose. They suggested I replace both hoses since the other was the same age. The price was very reasonable and they also let me use a complimentary loaner car while the work was being performed. It is very rare these days to find a shop so trustworthy. I think some places would have sold me a radiator that I really didn't need. I will go back for any further car problems and will let all my friends know how honest they are.
