      The technician installed a part costing less than $100

      He spent less than 1 hour on the job

      I live 5 minutes from the business

      I was charged over $400.00.

      Ripped Off and unhappy. I'll use my Dr. for the plumbing repair next time. He charges less. Seriously --- shop around. These guys say 100% satisfaction. They don't mean it. You can find an equally good plumber with fair prices.
