furniture shopping could never be easy but shopping in Mega furniture was very lucid they have a great variety of furniture in display and they are affortable even the delivery service was also top notch.

There is a great variety to choose from and also the prices are reasonable and the quality is great I would recommend everyone to go and check out.

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a custom couch with the "cloud" memory foam cushions, even paid extra for the type of cushions. When the couch arrived at my home six weeks later, I sat on it, and immediately noticed I did not get the cushions I had ordered, they are pretty much stiff as a board. When I confronted them, and even brought a cushion in, the sales manager tells me, they just need to be "broken in." He even took his shoes off and started jumping around on the cushion showing us how to break in the cushions. Don't get me wrong, the couch is beautiful, but not enjoyable to sit or lay on whatsoever, I have a horrible back, and the cushions are really what sold me on the couch. Typical sales tactic so that they don't have to deal with their screw up, and what a ridiculous display it was. Instead of taking care of their screw up, he is willing to make a fool out of himself just so he doesn't have to right the wrong. And of course since it is a custom couch, no returns, so I am stuck with the couch. Needless to say, I will NEVER be shopping here again. They told me they would take care of me, and did no such thing. As much money as I spent, this has been by far the most disappointing shopping experience I have ever had.

The sales rep and the cashier/manager both stated that if there was any reason that we did not like the mattress we purchased we could return it after 60 days. Since my husband and I were nervous about the return policy, we ask multiple times and multiple ways what the return policy was. Each time we were told there was a 60 satisfaction return policy with Mega Furniture.



We went back in to the store to purchase a mattress the next day, but wanted to confirm their return policy just one more time. We asked again what the return policy and were provided was an invoice that said "All Sales Are Final No Refunds and No Exchanges." When we brought this contradiction to the attention of the same cashier/manager and he flat out lied and said that he never told us the day before that their return policy was 60 days, nor did the sales rep. He proceeded to argue with me, stating that I had it wrong and never took responsibility for the misinformation.



This company has no integrity and lies to make a sale. Mattress Firm and Mor Furniture priced matched what Mega Furniture quoted. I highly recommend you think before you make a purchase here.
