Steve Lenzmeier, a master carpenter specializing in finish carpentry and licensed since 1984. Steve started Lenzmeier Creative Carpentry to perform framing, finish carpentry and remodeling. In 1993 Steve obtained a Residential General Contractors license as a sole proprietor and became incorporated under Lenzmeier Construction, Inc. (license #B-141063). In 2011 LCi Builders, LLC was formed (dual residential and light commercial license #KB2 -270961). LCi Builders is a unique builder. This role can only be accomplished by a team of seasoned professionals that deliver exceptional craftsmanship and service at the highest level with unmatched innovation. Each and every project is supervised by Steve Lenzmeier in order to ensure quality. Our office staff is prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable of the field work requirements. LCi Builders experienced carpenters perform the light framing and precise finish carpentry aspects of each project. The positive atmosphere in our office and on the job site creates a pleasurable workplace for our employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers. By maintaining a work environment that respects the professionalism of our trade partners, it enables them to provide a superior product.
