Horrible experience ... now going on 3rd replacement on the first claim for my Honda .. customer is great but installer I had was one of the worst I’ve ever experience .. not only breaking equipment on my car that now how to be replaced . I will never allow them to do any of my windshields nor will I refer anymore people I’ve done referred 10+ people but now I will be giving my referrals else where .. I’ll give no stars but one star due to customer service being there for me . But that installer has to be the worst I’ve never seen and I’ve worked for some pretty shitty glass shops .. glass is very cheap . I’ve had way better glass before

I have used and loved them before. Today, the gal on the phone was the worst I have ever dealt with, unprofessional, did not know what she was talking about and seemed bored to be on the phone and rude as hell. Makes you wonder if they are cutting corners all the way around and if the company may be headed to the crapper.

SHowed up on time, very friendly and clean work. I was recommended to them and I highly recommend them to everyone that reads this. They are truely the King!
