5 stars, in spite of the fact you have to wait awhile for an appt. Also, I was 15 mins late when I couldn't find the office. I was within a few blocks and would have been early, had the receptionist answered the phone, one of the several times I called....the same receptionist who told me I lost my appt! I haven't seen that person the last couple times I've been there. (yea!) I highly recommend Dr. Kagie. She really is worth the wait!
