DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I work for a Farmers agent, and we have referred literally hundreds of people to them over the last year. Then they recently decided to raise their rates to an average of $700 per windshield replacement (a reasonable rate in AZ is about $300), as well as changing their billing systems without letting the companies that continually send people to them know. They won't bill to the company, because the companies will of course deny such an unreasonable amount. So their clients end up screwed. Our agency has paid out of pocket for the clients we referred of course, but to arbitrarily do this to repeat customers & references is highly unacceptable. Also, when I tried to correct the issue with the women in the office, I have never encountered more attitude or incompetancey. We will never use them again.
0 Stars! I had my windshield repaired 3+ years ago on my car, ok job. I sold the car 2+ years ago. They continue to call me on my cell phone! I inform them like a broken record that I sold the car 2 years ago! I continually ask them to remove my cell phone from their call list everytime they call! They still have not removed me from their list! They called me once yesterday and two times today!
I got my 100 rebate on three different cars...These guys are great
When I went in originally they asked me to be there in an hour. I had to wait three hours and was told quite a few times that the window was on it's way. When they FINALLY finished it I noticed that the seal didn't go all the way around the window. I siliconed it when I got home and then noticed a few days later that my rear defroster was also broken. There's still glass all over my car and trunk, this is after me vaccuming it three times and the man who worked on it claiming he did too.
When I called for the $100 cash rebate offer, they said they could only do that for certain makes and models, and that my 2000 Toyota tundra would only get me $25. NOT a good way to start off.
