Mr. McComb neglects to mention the numerous attempt we made to contact him and without a response. With nearly two thousand extremely satisfied clients, over twenty years experience, and an incredibly professional staff, we work very hard to take care of our clients. Sometimes an underwriter will not accept a policy for various reasons. It is rare, however it does happen. In this case we attempted to contact Mr. McComb on several occasions to place his policy elsewhere and he did not respond.

Keep shopping, find someone who knows what they're doing. My homeowner's was abruptly cancelled because INW sold me an unsupported policy, and I can't even get them to call me back. Luckily I found another agent who could help.
