I cannot say enough good things about Ideal Car Sales in Mesa, Arizona. I flew in to find a used car for my daughter who is going to ASU. We stopped in and Phil came out to show us the cars on the lot. He was very honest about the good and the bad of each car. We ended up checking out a few other dealers in the area. In the end we came back and settled on a car. Phil let us take it to a mechanic for an inspection. The mechanic found a few problems and Ideal Cars stepped up and made the repairs with no fuss. In fact, while making the repairs they saw it needed a water pump and just went ahead fixed it. Wow! I could not believe that a used car dealer would do this. In the end after the great way that we where treated I am not surprised. I want to say thank you to Phil, Bob the owner, and the mechanics that took care of my daughter's car. Given the opportunity, I would buy another car from them.

When we do buy it will be from this dealership, they have been wonderful, they don't push, they don't call you 20 times in a 8 hour day. They know what we are looking for and willing to help.

My credit was ruined because of a recent problem with paying my stuff off but they were still able to get me into the car I loved thankyou so much for the help Blake

This is the way buying a car should be! Everyone there is professional and courteous, and there's none of that, "this is the car we can get you into, take it or leave it" bullcrap! Phil is an expert in financing and I truly believe he can help ANYONE get into a car they love without ridiculous terms! Tina is sweet and diligent and will go the extra mile for you, and Guy will take his time with you and let you browse and test drive with NO pressure! My family has now purchased 2 vehicles from them and love them both, and will refer anyone car searching here. Dont waste your time at other lots, buying a car here really is the IDEAL experience!

Awesome place!!! I found a suv on car guru and it showed it being at the one on main & extension in mesa when we got there it was moved to A.J. So we went there. Everyone was nice no pressure test drove it loved it. Easy and fast !!! Noticed a problem on my way home called them 10 mins later it's in the shop getting fixed. And Dave came down to make sure I was taking care of.

Great experience at this dealership! No pressure and everyone that works here is professional and helpful. I was looking for a specific vehicle and was notified by Ideal Cars whenever a vehicle came through their inventory that was a possible match. I ended up finding the vehicle elsewhere, but in my search Ideal Cars was the best shopping experience by far. The business is clean and well run and the customer service was great! I will definitely start my next vehicle search with them.

Idealcars will give you the bottom line price with no hassle. The salaried workers are not interested in sneaky sales tactics, however, straightforward deals and happy buyers. Highly recommend if you are going for an older used luxury vehicle.
